Robert Fisher is from Arizona where he first started administrating Ballet Phoenix School as a start-up in 2002. He served at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station for 12 years. He has been the President of Fisher Fine Arts Center and a Director of public relations at an Arizona charter school.
Robert served as a missionary in Peru for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loves outdoor activities and is an Eagle Scout with Boy Scouts of America. Robert is a state champion wrestler and holds several blackbelts in different styles and he ran Fisher Martial Arts Academy. Robert’s believe is that if we focus on our values and on our love of the arts and learning, students will flourish and find value in themselves. When he is not at the office or on the mats, he loves being at home raising his seven cute children.
Cecilia Fisher is a Classical Ballet Master and Professional Ballerina with 35 years of experience in her art. She is a Certified Level 7 Teacher with the world-renowned American Ballet Theater of New York City and is also certified by Dance Masters of America, where she serves as a National Ballet Examiner. Born in Peru, Cecilia studied Sculpture at the Fine Arts School of Trujillo and Architecture at Vallejo Private University. Later, she became a Professional Ballerina with the Ballet Municipal de Trujillo. Her pursuit of excellence led her to the Royal Academy of Ballet in London, where she expanded her training, and she also explored other dance styles such as tap, folk, character, salsa, Spanish, and flamenco dance.
After serving a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Cecilia married Robert Fisher in 2002 and moved to the United States. For 18 years, she successfully directed the Fisher Fine Arts Center and the Ballet Phoenix School in Arizona, impacting the lives of hundreds of students with her passionate teaching and commitment to excellence.
In recent years, Cecilia founded the Rexburg Arts Center, home of the Rexburg Ballet School in Rexburg, Idaho, where she continued her legacy of promoting the art and discipline of ballet. This center became a key space for the artistic development of the community and the training of young talents.
Currently, Cecilia leads her most recent and primary project: Arco City Ballet, located in Arco, Idaho. This endeavor reflects her passion for bringing classical ballet education to smaller communities, offering high-quality classes for students of all ages. Through this project, Cecilia seeks not only to train technically proficient dancers but also to inspire a love for the arts, discipline, and personal dedication.
Cecilia firmly believes that hard work and passion, along with a bit of talent, are the keys to achieving any goal and enjoying great success. When she is not teaching or choreographing at the barre, she spends time with her family, enjoying cooking traditional Peruvian dishes and creating special moments with her loved ones and friends.
Crystal Fisher is a ballet teacher at Arco City Ballet and has previous experience teaching at the Rexburg Arts Center. She grew up surrounded by a love for ballet, guided by her mother, Cecilia Fisher, who instilled in her a strong technical and artistic foundation. Crystal is known for her passion, creativity, and ability to inspire her students, shaping the new generation of dancers with an approach that balances tradition and innovation.
In addition to her ballet training, Crystal has explored various dance techniques, which has allowed her to offer a more well-rounded and enriching teaching experience. Her teaching style is warm and approachable, always focusing on helping her students not only develop their technical skills but also enjoy the artistic process and personal expression through ballet.
Ariana García is responsible for the marketing area at Arco City Ballet, where she develops strategies to increase the academy's visibility and attract new students. Her work includes managing social media, creating promotional content, coordinating advertising campaigns, and maintaining relationships with the local community. Additionally, she is in charge of the administration and updating of Arco City Ballet's website.
